When I found out I was having a girl I was less than thrilled (yeah even saying it I feel like a terrible person) but I was reassured gender disappointment is super common and normal. I already have a son and just really wanted another little boy for them to be best friends and have this amazing bond together growing up. But then I realized my brother and I are 16 months apart and best friends. We have always been super close had a lot of the same friends and always been there for each other through family drama! I finally started to get excited and get over my gender disappointment, but we still needed a name and baby clothes. I am by no means girly but wanted my little girl to have cute clothes. So I think I have mastered the girl but not girly clothes and we have chosen a name Cricket Elise! 31 days to go!
