When are you due? (And where are you from)

I hear different things so I’m curious, at how many weeks are you considered due? Over here (The Netherlands) we are due at 40 weeks and we can get 2 weeks overdue. 42 Weeks at the latest.

American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and the Society for Maternal-Fetal Medicine define full term as 39 weeks.  37 weeks is still early term.
“Early term: Your baby is born between 37 weeks, 0 days and 38 weeks, 6 days.
Full term: Your baby is born between 39 weeks, 0 days and 40 weeks, 6 days.
Late term: Your baby is born between 41 weeks, 0 days and 41 weeks, 6 days.
Postterm: Your baby is born after 42 weeks, 0 days.”

40w is due date here in the US but 37 weeks is considered full term.

At 39 weeks I'll have a scheduled C-section (2nd one, first was an emergency) but 40 weeks is normally when people are due. Doctor told me 39 weeks is full time. I'm in the US.

Going to 42 weeks is highly unsafe as the placenta doesn’t accurately feed your baby anymore. After 40-41 weeks your baby needs to come out. 37 weeks is considered full term
