I felt a little bump on the lip of my vagina is that Normal could it be a pimple??

I actually have a concern similar to yours , but the thing about mine is my vagina tends to smell fishy and I see white like pimples in my vagina lips and around , also at times find white cum , I just am too afraid to get checked out , I just really want to know if I’m okay or can someone please tell me a disease or infection I am dealing with ? Please and thank you
