Help please

I’m on blood pressure meds (18 weeks) due to high blood pressure last week. Doctor instructed me to take my blood pressure 3 times a day while on the meds before I see her Wednesday. My numbers are looking fine but my pulse is super high lately. Like 140s when I’m sitting on my couch relaxing. I’m going to bring it up to her but I wondered if anyone has had this before?
