Really bad eczema 😞

My lo's eczema flared up right after infant acne went away. I thought maybe since he was also allergic to milk, maybe it's bad because of that and figured once we changed his formula it'll go away. Wrong! he's doing much better on the new formula, as far as having regular, loose bowel movements but the eczema has only gotten worse over time.

It has gotten so bad that it's no longer on his arms alone like it started but not in small patches on his shoulders, legs, neck and back, I noticed one patch that wasn't there, started developing tonight on his stomach. I've tried aquaphor eczema, aveeno wash and lotions, nothing works. He sometimes cry a lot and now I'm wondering if maybe it's bothering him. I'm open to product recommendations or any bit of information on what can help.

All of my 5 children had this condition but not this bad and it usually went away by 3-5 months. I'm taking him to the doc on Weds, maybe she can shed some light on this or possibly refer us to a dermatologist.
