What the hell is going on with my body?

So when I was 18 I was told I had PCOS and thought I was never going to be able to have kids. Well I ended up finding out inwas pregnant of February 22, 2018 I was so excited and so many happy tears came from it. Unfortunately I ended up misscarring on March 14, 2018 and let me tell you it was literally the worse day of my life. So what I am confused and worried about is between the 22nd and the 14th I ended up getting my first ever yeast infection and let me tell you I

wouldn't even wish that on my worst enemy. Now I'm laying here April 9, 2018 with VERY similar symptoms as when I had a yeast infection and I just kinda wanted to see if anyone knew why all of the sudden I'm getting them basically back to back.
