How do u make it hurt less when getting anal?

Lots and lots of a good quality lube and you have to take it slooooow. Graduated anal toys are also very helpful especially if you’re trying them yourself first. Men typically try too much too quickly and your body doesn’t have a chance to adjust. I work with a group of sexual health educators and anal is a huge topic.
