6 weeks 2 days No HB No yolk sac

Anyone else have an ultrasound look like this. The tech says looks like a yolk sac possibly forming but there is no HB and I thought for sure we would at least see a yolk sac. I have another US next Wednesday but I’m worried sick. At my daughter 6 week US we saw yolk sac, baby and HB. HCG was 1222 last Friday.
