Endometriosis related?

Question

I have many signs of Endometriosis. I was wondering if those who have endometriosis shed large amounts of tissue during their periods? Sometimes the tissue is pretty thick other times thin and can be very large. I have painful periods, pain during sex and after sex, and pain during the month in my pelvis. I know the image is probably TMI, but I could use the advice

I have endo and I've never had that . I just pass semi big clots during periods and I can go months with out one and they are painful as hell.  I'd go to the dr about this,  hope everything is okay !

that doesn't look normal even with endometriosis. I'm no doctor so I could be wrong. But you should get checked out very soon..

I might not be much help but I have endo. I’ve had a few surgeries so far. I’ve never had anything quite big like that, tissue wise. I do have constant pain, cramps, pain during periods- blood clots, pain during sex etc.. I’d phone your doctor and see what’s up. Often than not they’ll do an ultrasound. Continuous birth control is said to help also. I’ve tried a few times but I dislike the side effects. The surgeries have honestly helped. I tried ovarian suppression and that was miserable- I would not recommend if it is endo. The only time I was “pain free” was when I was pregnant with my first( only child so far). I wish you luck.💛
