Trigger warning mental health
I’m currently having one of my terrible lows to my depression. I have super highs that’ll last for a few days and then my mood will get super low for no reason for a few days. I hate feeling like this and I hate when it happens. I’m going to be getting on medication soon and I pray it helps because it sucks so much having to go through this. My anxiety is so bad I get it for no reason all the time now. Any tips for getting through lows and making them better/more bearable. Thanks so much.
