severely damaged nail help
so I’ve had acrylics on for maybe 2 months. I finally picked them all off today. My nails are split, soft, and brittle. Anyone have any secret (preferably home, minimal chemical) remedies to help this? I’m so tempted to just go get them done again bc this process is so ugly but they’re so unhealthy. Ugh. I have already trimmed them down as I heard that is best.
