Caffeine free vs. Diet Coke
I’m 5 weeks and I know you are supposed to limit your caffeine. Is caffeine free Sprite Zero ok? How much caffeine is in a Diet Coke? How much caffeine is a safe amount?
EDIT: I make sure I drink 4 20oz cups of water before I have a soda.
