Could I have dilated anymore?

Last week, I was having pains and my doctor checked and I was 3 cm dilated. Since last night, I’ve been having contractions from my uterus and back. Also been having hip pain since I woke up this morning. Is it possible that I may have dilated more? I go tomorrow for an NST and I’m not sure if they will check me again. Should I let them know about the pains?

of course you could have dilated more but unless you are in labor it doesn't really matter

Yes it’s possible you could go from a 1cm to a 3 in like 5 minuets then again you could be stuck at a number for days just depends on your body.... I’d definitely ask to get checked again good luck
