First pregnancy after miscarriage

I just found out I’m pregnant again, yesterday. This time I found out much earlier like 10-12 DPO. I just got tested for HCG, the level is only 15. Trying to hold it together and not focus on the number-but watching it double. My next draw is Thursday...anyone else go through this and have the level rise rapidly? I’m thinking because it was soo close to implantation (I got implantation bleeding) then BFP. I’m trying to remember each pregnancy is different and to relax it...after a miscarriage it.is.hard. Please share thoughts 💜
