6wk ultrasound is concerning

So I just went to my first doctors visit and was extremely excited to see our growing little one for the first time. Unfortunately, the ultrasound wasn’t what me or the doctor expected...

In comparison to other 6wk ultrasounds, the baby is connected to the wall and is bigger and more identifiable. Because the doctor wasn’t sure she sent me for blood work today and again in two days to make sure that my hcg levels double. Has anyone else seen this before?? I know I’m probably overreacting but I can’t find any info relative to mine!
