How to deal?
I'm going through some stuff that's making me absolutely stressed, anxious, sad, upset, all those fun things. It has left me with absolutely no appetite. I don't want to eat, everything sounds awful, I am nauseous, and when I force myself to eat I'm basically gagging trying to keep food down. Any tips to get through this? Usually nutritional shakes work for nausea but not this time.
