Hi Everyone! I have a few concerns and was wondering if anyone could help out

I was involved in a 120mph end over end car accident in 2016, i broke my neck in 4 places as well as my left hip. i had an emergency spinal fusion 2 days later if my neck had broken another 1/4 inch i would be paralyzed or dead. anyways after a few months i was having lots of pain and ending going in for a second but this time a spinal corpectomy of c6 c7 and a hip surgery. later i dislocated that same hip forward and lost all movement and feeling. this year i was supposed to be released but my pain has been terrible and the pain management could not help me. i went to my surgeon and found out i have a fractured t1 and t3 the t1 is where the cage bottom and screws are from my previous surgery. they are no longer holding and my neck is becoming unstable 😓 he wanted me in for another revision surgery threw the front as well as a posterior spinal fusion to hold my neck in place. yesterday i found out that i am 5 weeks pregnant with my second, my daughter is 5. the dr told me to wear my neck immobilizor until i have the baby because he cannot and will not operate because i am high risk. i am freaking out and dont know what to do. i guess someone elses insight will help me out im wondering how long after i have the baby will they be able to operate, i am already in a ton of pain it sucks.
