Hi everyone

so the other day I posted that my 2 month old son had these huge type bites in his face. We took him to the ER and they told us nothing alarming probably just a rash or insect bite.

So today he woke up like this. Halftime of his face covered in them pimple like Marks. Has anybody else experienced this? What can it be? He has an apt with his pedi tomorrow and they said that if it cleared up by das tomorrow for me to take pics.

Please anyone your advice would be greatly appreciated

Side note: he eas covered with a lot of these when he was a newborn
