So I want to get a tattoo now that I'm 16. I know what everyone is thinking "she wants to be rebellious and tattoos show that in society." No. That is not why I want to get one. I want to get this tattoo of the mountains on my biceps and my mom agreed to pay for it. The only problem is that I want to talk to my dad about it but I don't know how to approach it.
