I was on this after my caesarean. When ever I was in pain I kept pressing that button. I think it’s set up to dispense a certain amount.

I had it with my first. They actually gave it to me and then sent me home to labour for a few more hours! I was on cloud nine the whole drive home 😂👌

Some OBs use it for pain control. I’m a labor and delivery nurse. We like to have patients stay in bed for about an hour after it to make sure baby looks ok and because it can make you dizzy. But other than that you can be up no need to stay in bed
