I’m currently taking care of two kids so that once my baby gets here I’ll have money saved up. I’ve been taking care of one of them for 2 years she’s 2 and super advanced for her age. The little one I just took on is 21 months and I think he may have autism. He doesn’t talk at all he doesn’t respond to his name or make eye contact. He does not like other kids at all and had a very short attention span, he will focus on one specific toy all day long and refuses to share. I don’t know exactly what to do, especially since I just started the job and the mom doesn’t have a suspecting of anything. Is this normal behavior for a toddler? And if now what should I do?
