I'm 33 weeks, I've had a ton and I mean TON of colostrum since about 20 weeks. A couple weeks ago one of my breast started leaking a small amount of blood with the colostrum, I showed it too my doctor she said it sometimes happens when you have over productive breasts? Has anyone else had this issue? Apparently it will go away as soon as my milk actually comes in but when I express any out it's not light colored anymore it's dark colored blood, and it only comes out of one pore in my nipple. No they aren't cracked.

EDIT- I've seen several doctors where I go, there's 12 in the same practice, they all seem very sure it's rusty pipes since it's just one breast.
