Cramps
Woke up this morning to really bad cramps. period not due until next week. Was just uncomfortable the entire day. thought may be gas. No spotting or anything. Husband asked if it may be the Bcomplx and folic acid I am taking. started to google bcomplex overdose and now I am worried. going doctor in the morning to be safe but has anyone every experienced cramps from taking vitamins?
