Over the counter natural fertility pills?!

Any one have suggests for fertility pills we are ttc however my fiancé works off and I'm never ovulating when he is home and can't seem to get pregnant so far.. my cycles are normal and I'm 24 so..

Not using pills but I have been using essential oils. I made a pregnancy blend. I have one blend I put on my thyroid and one on each side of my stomach. I’ve been doing this for 6 weeks now and we are hoping it helps. We were told it would be difficult for him to get me pregnant because of his morphology. I have a 12 year old and got pregnant on birth control w my first. So I am extremely fertile. We were told 2 years ago we needed the step before ivf but we don’t want to spend and want to do it naturally. If your interested in my blend I can send a list of what I used to make each one.
