Originally when I got pregnant, we were planning on letting my husband’s grandma watch the baby while we both worked. However, I lost my job a couple months back and am now watching a few kids out of our home to help make a little money. Well we went to see his grandparents this past weekend and his grandma was really rude about the whole situation. Her comment was “well I guess that means I won’t be keeping the baby at all”. Well with that attitude and her comment to me about being bigger than one of her church members who is due in May, I’m not quite sure I want her watching our baby at all. I tried to tell her I’m looking for work and if something comes along, we will let her but the more I think about it the more I don’t want her to. What would you do? I’m not against them seeing the baby and all that or watching it for Small spurts but idk about all the time while we are working.
