Freaking out! Advice please! No fetal pole

I am 5w3d today and I went to the doctor yesterday because of cramping and back pain. No spotting. She ordered an ultra sound. The tech told me she saw the gestational sac measuring at .73cm (7.7mm) and yolk sac but no pole... also my HCG level was 5,237

The doctor called me this morning and said prepare for the worst. That my sac is big enough that I would see a pole right now... any one see a pole at this stage???? She is sending me to a OB today and they are going to do another ultra sound. Do you think I could see something it’s only been 24hrs since my last u/s ? I really need some advice
