UTI while pregnant

I'm 15 weeks pregnant. For 4 weeks I've had everything imaginable (BV, yeast, possible staph infection on groin, and now a UTI).

6 days ago I had 2 hours of UTI symptoms (slight burning, urgency to pee when I didn't really need to). Got bactrim medication (to treat that and the possible staph infection). UTI symptoms were felt for only 2 hours. Now I've been feeling like the UTI is back full force. Burning (not while peeing), wanting to pee all the time, fatigue, and feeling dizzy. Nothing too major but when should I go to urgent care/ER for this? I'm tired of feeling like crap
