What the hell is normal anyway??

This pregnancy has been one huge roller coaster! Last Thursday I had a random gush of blood which took us to the ER. After everything the ultrasound showed a viable heartbeat of 173, measuring on target and all seemed ok. The exam turned out ok and he could see blood but said it appeared old and possibly the clot was released from somewhere. My HCG has gone up since Thursday so I think I'm ok. I had another big dark clot yesterday. Thankfully I have an apt with my regular dr tomorrow, I'm hoping all still looks good. Its unsettling not really having an explanation of what's going on. I'm thankful the baby is still holding on. ❤️
