what dpo am i?
I feel like I asked a version of this question every month but... I'm confused about my day post ovulation. On Saturday the 7th I had a surge and was given the trigger shot. she told me to start progesterone on Wednesday the 11th to try to help thicken my lining. I'm not sure when I should assume I ovulated so that I know where I'm at any thoughts?
