I have a question....

i am due for AF today... this morning I went to the bathroom and the toilet was full of blood. I wiped and there was a ton of blood on the toilet paper. I came back to my desk and we

as having very sharp pains in my abdomen, not cramps but very sharp pains. a few hours later, I went to change my tampon and it was dry with one very small amount of brown blood.

I also took a pregnancy test yesterday and there was a vvfl.

any thoughts?????
