5 weeks pregnant- Hunger pains?

So, I’ve been having trouble actually wanting to eat anything because my stomach has been so upset and nauseous. I have my first ultrasound appointment this coming Thursday, but I’m concerned for the time being.

My right side below my ribs seems to be in pain whenever I’m hungry, and it goes away after I eat? Also, not for sure if I’m 5 weeks, that’s why I have an appointment Thursday. I’ve had a lot of nausea and food aversion. Along with a ton of fatigue and some light/medium cramping. Lower back pain as well along with headaches. Most noticeable symptom is nausea though.

And suggestions or thoughts/concerns? Is this normal?

I’m not exactly sure how far along I am, I just know that I missed my period over a month ago now and took two tests at home and a test at my local pregnancy help center which all came out positive extremely quickly. How far along do you guys think I am?
