Need help with sleeping position!
Currently 20+1 and I am having trouble sleeping because my hip hurts so bad. It is the hip that is on the bed that hurts and if I switch sides it just makes the other hip hurt too. I’ve tried a regular pillow of 3 different firmnesses, a throw pillow for a different size and an actual pregnancy pillow and nothing is helping. I feel like I can barely walk I’m so sore... is there anyway I can sleep on my back? Or something else I can try to help? All the things I read online are for the hip that’s not on the bed.. I need relief lol
