Anyone sew diapers?

Question

I found a free pattern online at MammaCanDoIt.com for a fitted diaper made from a tshirt, but I was thinking of making some that are like actual fitteds. Anyone have any advice as to what kind of fabric to use (I'd assume cotton/hemp?) or know where to buy inexpensively?

You may want to look up Arfy’s patterns. I believe the website is called prefold2fitted.com or something like that. Anyways, she has tons of free patterns and tutorials. I used the newborn fitted pattern, and the diapers were very cute! I didn’t get to use them last time though, but I will this time! 
There is also a website called Mama Kat diapers that’s really interesting. She made a bunch of different fitteds from online patterns and reviews them.
I ended up buying fabric from Nature’s Fabrics and Diapersewingsupplies.com. Probably not the cheapest route, but they have everything. (Note: the fabric I got from Nature’s Fabrics was good quality, but the color and scale of the prints were different then the pictures led me to believe.)
