Belly piercing rejecting?

So I got my belly button re-pierced in February. I got it first pierced March 2017 and removed it in October due to rejecting. I clean it twice a day now with antibacterial soap and saline solution but I think it’s rejecting again? It looks as if my skin is “peeling” slowly, layer by layer. Sometimes if i move it puss will come out. What do i do? I’m cleaning it well and I haven’t taken the jewelry out at all. There is minimal redness, around the top part of the piercing. It really looks like it’s rejecting slowly but surely and I don’t know how to stop it.

P.s. my piercer said no peroxide, bactine, or alcohol
