*HELP* I found a lump?!

so i recently found a lump on the lower half of my right breast, its very sensitive and when i wake up in the morning i get alot of pain in that area and up to my armpit. it is 2 weeks before my period and alot of people have told me they get sore/sensitive breasts around this time so I'm not sure whether to worry or not. I booked an appointment with my GP and she has referred me to the breast clinic at the hospital to get it checked out as she wants to be sure before I start the journey of trying to get pregnant. has anyone else experienced anything like This? I'm trying my best not to freak out to much at this moment.

Also for the past week I have been loaded with the flu I'm not sure if that maybe has any effect as this all started around the same time ?! thank you for any help 😁😁😁
