17 Months only has a few words

Moms- I'm starting to worry a bit. My guy is turning 17 Months tomorrow and he only really says mama dada and hi. He shakes his head yes and no and sometimes waves bye. He comprehends and can bring me toys touch some body parts when asked and sometimes says eye. He babbles a lot and seems smart when playing with toys. But I'm worried about the language and my fear is a spectrum disorder. Anyone in the same boat or experienced this with previous babes and what was the outcome?
