Dark Spots From Hair 🙄

Hairs tend to grow on my chin and in the same like six spots on my neck. Dark spots have now form and I have tried just about everything to get rid of them. What can I possibly do to clear these spots up. I tweeze the hairs and have tried waxing. I’m over this though y’all. HELP Please
