Do you still rock your baby to sleep? My daughter is 6 month old and cannot fall asleep on her own.

She needs the dummy and doesn’t know how to put it back on her own yet.

I have tried different techniques and i am failing big time.

She only sleeps 30min in the morning and afternoon. Goes to bed at 7pm and wakes up every two hours at night.

DH is working a lot and is absent when at home. He is grieving his mother who passed 3 months ago and i don’t want to stress him out.

This has been going for months I am so sleep deprived i feel like i am going absolutely mad. I love my baby so so much but sometimes I just want to cry in my wardrobe and stay in the darkness forever. I know i sound dramatic but that’s how i feel.

I would love to hear your stories and advices. Ta xx
