How much should I hand express while weaning?
I am currently drying up my milk because I am no longer able to breastfeed. I am currently pretty engorged, and was only told to hand express to comfort. I’m not quite sure what that means. How many times a day do I need to express? How much milk do I hand express? I want relieve some of the pressure and inflammation, but I’m not sure how often I should do it, and how much milk I should let out because I don’t want to keep making more milk????
