How? and why?!?!

Just wondering if anyone else is having the same problem..... I'm gaining a ton of weight 😪 I eat very healthy and only drink water. Due to being super fatigued I havnt had much exercise and am patiently waiting for this terrible Ohio weather to warm up just a little bit. Maybe I'm doing something wrong? Breakfast usually consist of Greek yogurt and fruit, lunch has been consistent because I have been craving salads sooooo bad and dinners are light (last night- chicken with brown rice and asparagus) with a late night snack of grapes 👍 it seems wrong that i have already gained so much and I'm only 14w4d any suggestions from you other mommies to be out there???

I've also gained a lot of weight and I'm 15w1d. I looked in the mirror just now and thought 'woaah, I'm so much bigger!" Don't worry, a lot of it is water weight and I'm sure you will go back to normal post partum. Try not to worry too much about it.

thanks! I hope so I had to work so hard to lose the baby weight after my first two and they are 10 and 7 now 😱

It seems like you’re eating quite healthy, great job! Calories in salad tend to be hidden in the type of dressing you use. If it’s a creamy type you can add a couple 100 calories. Do you snack?

with the salad its been light italian or balsamic and no not really been snacking. if i do its an orange or grapes. i dont understand why im gaining weight at all to be honest. hopefully it is just water.

I’m 26 weeks and I’ve gained like 23 pounds. I don’t eat any different than from before I was pregnant so idk lol I feel huge!

Most likely water weight. I’m the complete opposite. I only gained a total of 5 lbs first trimester. I’m currently 15 weeks 3 days and I gain nothing since my last appt at 12 weeks.
