How? and why?!?!
Just wondering if anyone else is having the same problem..... I'm gaining a ton of weight 😪 I eat very healthy and only drink water. Due to being super fatigued I havnt had much exercise and am patiently waiting for this terrible Ohio weather to warm up just a little bit. Maybe I'm doing something wrong? Breakfast usually consist of Greek yogurt and fruit, lunch has been consistent because I have been craving salads sooooo bad and dinners are light (last night- chicken with brown rice and asparagus) with a late night snack of grapes 👍 it seems wrong that i have already gained so much and I'm only 14w4d any suggestions from you other mommies to be out there???
