10DPO brown spotting and mild dull pain in lower stomach
So I’m 10DPO today and iv had brown spotting for 3 days now (not needed a sanitary towel as there’s not that much). Iv had mild dull pain in my lower stomach for the past 3 days too. I did a pregnancy test this morning and this is the picture. The result came within a few minutes. What could the brown spotting and mild pain in my stomach be? It’s making me worry a little
