Let me put this out there for everyone wondering, having Hyperemesis Gravidarum (HG) sucks. I have had 3 different people today say “you are so lucky you have actually lost weight this pregnancy! You have to be loving your body. I wish I looked like you when I was pregnant.” Trust me no one wants to go through HG. It is 9 complete months of utter hell on earth. Being dehydrated and having malnutrition absolutely sucks. It is exhausting, miserable, scary, and further more life threatening. So yeah nope I’m not lucky. I’m jealous y’all got to eat an entire piece of chocolate cake and drank a glass of milk without throwing up. I’m jealous you didn’t have take medications they usually only prescribe to cancer patients. I’m jealous you got to experience going out and shopping for your new baby without feeling like complete and utter death.
