Im exactly 18 weeks pregnant and I was organizing my closet and all of the sudden I felt lightheaded is that normal? I was going up and down on my step stool.

Yes! I freaked out and called my doctor when it happened. When baby is in a high growth period your body is giving everything to baby so you often feel weak.

I heard it was normal and it’s happening to me too. My doctor checked my iron levels because I was anemic due to my miscarriage before this pregnancy but that wasn’t it. Just got to stay dehydrated, make sure your sugar levels aren’t too low either.
