Blood in cm

I stopped my birth control a month ago and have not had a period or withdrawal bleeding yet. Within the last 2 days I’ve been having a tiny bit of blood mixed in with my discharge, none in the toilet and typically it’s only on the toilet paper the 1st time I wipe. Could it be my period trying to start or my with drawl bleeding?
