Placenta Encapsulation??

Has any had their placenta encapsulated? I am debating on it for this pregnancy but would like to hear some feedback from this who have done it.

I’m planning on encapsulating mine. A lot of women on here will probably tell you it’s gross and that it isn’t scientifically proven, but don’t let that stop you. There’s very little research to back it up simply because it’s non traditional medicine and the research isn’t really happening, even if it’s “only” a placebo effect, placebos work for anti depressants so why not let it help you this way too.

Are you only interested in hearing about encapsulation, or also experiences with other consumption methods? I did smoothies and a tincture after my 3rd was born.
