Hi guys!

So I’m 37 and 3 today, and I’ve been measuring small. So my midwife sent me for an ultrasound today. When I went back upstairs to review the ultrasound, she said that my urine had protein (which it never did any time before), my blood pressure was superrrr high (which it never was before), and with the indigestion and swelling and that my nausea has come back, she sent me over to the hospital.

She claimed that most likely I was going to be induced today, because they were worried about safety of baby, and they didn’t think being 37 and 3 was a bad thing.

Anyways, didn’t end up getting induced, instead got sent home. But now, they want me to do a 24 hour urine test and bring it back to the hospital lab on Sunday morning.

Then, they want me to go to my obgyn on Monday to be seen. They told me to “have a bag packed”.

I’m a little nervous, but I will be kind of aggravated if they make me go back to he hospital on Monday just to be sent home again. They said, either was ay, they don’t want me going past 39 weeks.

What should I expect when being induced?
