Long story short . Im 19 & this is my first . I am 23 weeks pregnant and i seen you can leak anatomic fluid . I am scared now . I am constantly always wet , and at night i am even wet like between my butt cheeks ( tmi sorry )

So when i wear sweats or underwear it looks like i peed a little bit from the wetness . Im not in any pain or bleeding and i feel my baby girl move .

I dont see my doctor until the 8th . Should i tell them i really need to come in or is this normal ?

Also i put toilet paper as a padding and waited a little bit and it was damp and smelt kinda sweaty?
