Frustrated

I know it can be too early, but I’m 4 days before my next period and I tested with a BFN. My breasts hurt so bad which is unusual for me. So hard not to google early signs, even tho I know what they are. It’s been almost 2 years of trying with one miscarriage, 2 surgeries, a bad infection that almost turned fatal and still no baby. I don’t have much time in my window left. Yes, I am only 27, but I have endometriosis, adenomyosis, cysts and PID. They have mentioned a hysterectomy numerous times. We start clomid next cycle if I am not pregnant this round. Sorry for the rant, just needed to let it out.
