What is this on my nips

Question

I’m not sexually actively so it’s not pregnancy but every once and a while this white stuff comes out is this normal? What could it be? Thanks in advanced ladies

I get that too, even had an insulin test done to see if I possibly had diabetes or a thyroid issue. Nothing came back, and I still have no explanation

When your breasts are stimulated, it can cause the pores/ducts to fill with fluid/pus. It’s completely normal and happens to MANY of us. It can be white or yellowish and have a watery or sticky texture. Any redness, warmth, or pain around your nipples should be evaluated by a doctor but if none of these things are present, decreasing the amount of stimulus to your nips should reduce it over time.
