I am about 4-5 weeks pregnant I have a ultrasound the 27 to see if my baby is growing good. I am so worried I will be disappointed at my appointment due to a miscarriage. I have been having a lot of watery discharge sometimes it will come out with a lot of white in it. Also when I move to much I start having this pinching pain in my ovaries ( both sides ) it worries so bad bc I didn’t have this with my first born. I didn’t have any symptoms till about 15-18 weeks pregnant with her. And by then I could feel her move so it didn’t bother me at all bc with her moving it let me know she was okay. But this one is too young to feel move of course and I’m having pain with it. I’m not bleeding or anything but my good friend had a miscarriage at 8 weeks and didn’t have any symptoms either. Just anting to know if anyone has experienced this with there babies this early into pregnancy

1. A lot of watery discharge

2. Sometimes thick and white

3. Ovary pinching pain/ not severe

4. Lower back pain/ not server very dull

5. Light headed ness

6. Hot flashes

7. Car sick 😷

8. Bloating

That’s about it with my symptoms just looking for answers thank you ladies !!
